On Koh Yao Noi, markets are part of everyday life. Locals come here for fruit, vegetables and the day’s catch. You’ll also find kebabs, piping-hot roti, colourful desserts and plenty of tropical fruit. It’s a lovely way to sample the local cuisine and meet the island’s residents, away from the tourist hotspots.
